Today's Birthday (Aug. 7). Be willing to take coaching this year and you'll get better at your craft. Do it for love and you'll get so good the money will show up, too. This isn't going to be easy, but it will be rewarding in many ways.

To get the advantage, check the day's rating: 10 is the easiest day, 0 the most challenging.

Aries (March 21-April 19). Today is a 7. Keep your teammates informed, and your adversaries guessing. Don't broadcast your intentions.

Taurus (April 20-May 20). Today is a 7. Careful consideration is required before you make up your mind. Don't instantly agree to what somebody suggests.

Gemini (May 21-June 21). Today is a 7. Keep asking questions, but be very careful not to offer any information. This isn't going to be as hard as it sounds.

Cancer (June 22-July 22). Today is an 8. You are especially cuddly now. Establish a strong emotional bond nonverbally. There's no need for words, but if you do talk, don't discuss finances.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22). Today is a 7. The hardest part is over and it seems to have turned out well. Schedule a celebration for your team.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Today is a 7. Overcome your worries through sheer determination. Focus your attention on your objective. Picture yourself performing brilliantly.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22). Today is a 7. Sure, you could spend the entire day listing things you'd like to buy. Don't get too far out on that limb, however. Remember to figure in where you'll get the money.
